What’s Included in Communication Sets
A Communication Set is a collection of email and SMS templates tailored for specific candidate audiences throughout the application process. Admins can create new sets, assign them to vacancies, and select a default set for legacy vacancies, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
Enhanced Email Template Editor. New rich text formatting editor makes it easier to create visually appealing emails. You can select placeholders from a dropdown menu, ensuring accuracy and reducing errors in communication.
Image Embedding. We’ve improved your ability to embed images directly into email templates, with increased file size limits and formatting options to enhance visual communication.
Robust Tracking and Auditing. All emails sent through the new service will be stored for three months for auditing purposes, ensuring compliance and accountability.
Multilingual Communication. Each Communication Set can have a main language, with the option to add additional languages, allowing for effective communication with diverse candidate pools.
SMS Messaging. Easily manage SMS with built-in templates for delivering plain-text registration links, one-time login codes (magic links), and up to two automated reminders per candidate—keeping the process moving and reducing drop-offs.
