Wanted: HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced, creative and process minded HR Manager to set up and structure our HR department.

What will you do
You will build, maintain and be the HR department. This means you will:

  • Set up HR policies
  • Guard those policies
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure good management of employees
  • Be the spider in the web for staff, the go-to person
  • Create legal employment docs
  • Be responsible for the hiring cycle
  • Establish training programs…
    …And many things more, which we love to tell you everything about!

But what do we do?
Harver is a B2B Software as a Service supplier for the Human Resources sector. We developed a tool called ‘TalentPitch’ that predicts whether or not an applicant is suitable for the job he/she is applying for. For more information, check out this one minute video that explains it all.

We’ve entered the market in 2013 and now have offices in Amsterdam, London and New York. Around 1 million candidates flow through our system each year, and we’re signing new clients both nationally and internationally each week.

It’s safe to say that we’re growing. Fast.  Our workforce is growing accordingly and that’s why we’re looking for someone to structure the HR department and make it future ready.

What we look for
We’re looking for an HR manager with experience in both enterprise and startup environments. You know everything there is to know about HR processes and structures and how to implement them in an organisation. Needless to say, you have a proactive and entrepreneurial mind-set.

Besides that, your soft skills for people management are top notch and you have a keen eye for talent and ambition. You will be the go to person for all Harver employees so you need to radiate trust, honesty and efficiency.

You are responsible for building the HR department. From creating legal employment docs to making sure everybody feels at ease. In short: the whole HR-package.
