The Job: Talent Sourcer
We’re looking for a talented talent sourcer to source talent! Seriously.

What will you do?
As Talent Sourcer you will:

  • Be in charge of finding and contacting possible future Harver rockstars.
  • Collaborate with our recruiter and hiring managers to set up candidate profiles
  • Be sourcing candidate resumes through multiple channels
  • Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Conduct pre-screenings to qualify candidates

But what do we do?
Harver is a B2B Software as a Service supplier for the Human Resources sector. We developed a tool called ‘TalentPitch’ that predicts whether or not an applicant is suitable for the job he/she is applying for (for more information, check out this one minute video that explains it all).

We’ve entered the market in 2013 and we now have offices in Amsterdam, London and New York. Around 1 million candidates flow through our systems every year, and we’re signing new clients both nationally and internationally each week.

It’s safe to say that we’re growing. Fast. You’ll get to play a crucial role in finding new talent to sustain this growth.

What we look for
We are looking for an ambitious, out-of-the-box thinking kind of guy or girl with a sharp eye for talent. You have an understanding of sourcing techniques, a bachelor’s degree and preferable 1+ years of experience in the business. Furthermore, you do not possess a 9 to 5 mentality. We’re looking for a proactive hunter capable of completely owning a project.
