Haidee is leading the combined people functions – Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Culture and Communications, People Analytics, and Strategic People Programs.  Haidee is an alumna of the Harvard Business School. In 2017, she was awarded the distinction “People Manager of the Year” by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
