Harver’s added some new features designed to improve the virtual interview experience. With just a few clicks you’ll be able to tailor the virtual interview process to your specifications and enhance the virtual interview process for candidates.
First, we’ve updated the settings so you can now set the number of retry attempts a candidate can make before submitting their final recorded response. You can choose how many retakes you want to allow to change the experience for candidates. Simulate an in-person interview approach by not allowing any retakes or choose how many times you want to allow them to rerecord. Alternatively, you can give candidates full control and allow unlimited opportunities for them to record an answer they’re happy with before submitting.
We’ve also improved how you’ll set up the virtual interview module for candidates. Adding or revising your own video recordings is now faster and easier with our intuitive video upload feature.
Let your creativity and personality come through in the virtual interview. You may want to record the hiring manager presenting a workplace scenario that you’ll ask candidates to respond to. You could have your department head asking a probing question to evaluate their depth of understanding.
