Dr. Ben Porr

Chief Customer Officer

Ben Porr is the chief customer officer for Harver. With two decades of experience in industrial and organizational (I/O) psychology, Ben leads a global team of experts to solve global organizations’ most complex hiring challenges by implementing science-backed predictive talent decisioning solutions. As CCO, Dr. Porr leads Harver’s people science, account management, professional services & implementation, and product integrations teams. Ben received his Ph.D. and M.A. in I/O psychology at George Mason University and his B.A. in psychology from Hofstra University.
