Tanmay Manohar is VP of People Analytics & Workforce Planning at Paramount. He leads analytics across the full talent management stack, with projects spanning diversity, equity, and inclusion, recruiting, performance management, compensation, engagement and culture, and workforce planning. His mandate is to generate insights, implement predictive analytics initiatives, and drive action from business stakeholders. He holds an MBA from Yale, with particular expertise in marketing strategy, and a B.S. double-majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Math & Statistics from Johns Hopkins University.

As Head of Strategic Accounts at Harver, Andrew leads a team that champions the company's mission, vision, and solutions for customers across the globe. Prior to joining Harver, he spent 12+ years in GTM leadership roles with pymetrics, littleBits and Google. Andrew holds a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Pennsylvania.
