Leading hiring solution provider recognized as one of nation’s most successful private companies in year punctuated by growth and expansion
BOSTON – August 15, 2023 – Harver, the industry-leading hiring solution helping organizations optimize their talent decisions, today announced its inclusion as no. 3653 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list, which honors the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. The recognition underscores Harver’s continued success as an independent business in the pursuit of helping employers efficiently make better decisions across the talent lifecycle, achieving growth despite continued workforce challenges.
In the face of persistent economic uncertainty and shrinking HR budgets, Harver has proved its value as a single partner for employers, providing invaluable HR business intelligence. This year, Harver has strengthened its robust product suite, built on predictive and unbiased people science, through a variety of initiatives, including:
- The release of Harver CHATTM, a new AI-powered conversational bot
- A new working partnership with HackerRank, designed to provide a full evaluation of job candidates’ hard and soft skills
- The continued integration of the pymetrics platform, following Harver’s acquisition of the company in late 2022
“This year has presented a multitude of talent challenges for employers, regardless of company size,” said Scott Landers, Chief Executive Officer at Harver. “Harver’s recognition emphasizes the importance of being able to get the right people into the right roles, at the right time. We will continue to innovate in the pursuit of providing solutions that meet the talent needs of both today and tomorrow.”
The Inc. 5000 class of 2023 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges.
