- Personality Print remains the foundation—and is always included.
- Cognitive ability tests can now be added and will each contribute 10% to the matching score. Options include:
- Abstract Reasoning
- Number Patterns
- Reading Comprehension
- Numerical Reasoning
- Logical Reasoning
- Job knowledge tests applicable to the role, such as Sales Knowledge or Profit & Loss, can also contribute 10% each to the matching score.

- Confirm your norm group to ensure accurate, region-specific scoring.
- Review the candidate journey—Personality Print is included by default and available cognitive or job knowledge tests auto-populate for you to select.
