Harver Names Enterprise Software Veteran Scott Landers New CEO

New Harver and Greenhouse integration brings predictive assessment data to Greenhouse users

New York – NY – AI pre-employment assessment software provider Harver, has announced an integration with talent acquisition provider Greenhouse to simplify the recruiter workflow. Through a newly developed browser extension, HarverX, users of both Harver and Greenhouse can connect both platforms in a few simple clicks. Via this connection, it’s possible for Greenhouse users to display Harver assessment data directly in their Greenhouse environment.

The connection comes in the form of a powerful browser extension that, once the Harver and Greenhouse accounts are connected, lives in the top right corner of a Greenhouse user’s browser. As soon as Harver X recognizes an applicant profile that corresponds with a Harver profile, Harver X lights up in Greenhouse and displays this candidate’s ‘Harver Matching Score’, as well as separate assessment scores. This allows recruiters to find top performers among candidates without ever switching systems. Watch the video to learn more about HarverX.

“Many of our clients use Greenhouse and from talking to them, we noticed how much they love the Greenhouse interface and how they don’t want to leave the Greenhouse environment when they’re in their daily workflow. We took this feedback to develop a way for recruiters to get the predictive power of the Harver platform, directly in their Greenhouse environment” says Barend Raaff, CEO and co-founder of Harver.

Our mutual customers can now layer Harver’s assessment data directly on top of our candidate profiles and create a frictionless, insightful workflow.”

“It’s amazing to be part of Greenhouse’s partner ecosystem. Especially since we’re bringing predictive assessments into the Greenhouse environment itself. For Harver/Greenhouse clients this is a huge step towards a seamless recruiting workflow, where everything from sourcing to hiring is done in one smooth motion, according to Raaff.

Over time, more and more functionalities will be added to Harver X, all with the idea to empower recruiters with more and more data. To learn more about the integration between Harver and Greenhouse with Harver X, visit the integration page here.
