Sabina Socias Garcia serves as Director of People Science in EMEA for Harver, where she works to help enterprise level organizations leverage the Harver solution to hire more fairly, accurately, and efficiently. She has extensive experience in organizational psychology and the assessment industry, having worked in the research and development of innovative assessment tools as well as consulting with organizations to implement robust and fair assessment processes. Sabina earned her Msc. in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Edinburgh in 2011.
