By utilizing this new feature, you’ll not only find the best candidates for all positions across your organization, but you’ll also be able to use custom profiles for bespoke, unique, or key roles.
The process for using a Standard Job Profile is simple. Choose the role you’re hiring for and review the description of the job and key responsibilities. You’ll then be able to set up the vacancy using the Personality Print behavioral assessment and have the option to add the Number Sequence cognitive assessment to the candidate flow.
