We’re excited to announce a new enhancement that will make hiring decisions easier and more intuitive for recruiters and hiring managers — Behavioral Tendencies are now part of our Personality Print results!
This feature is designed to simplify how you understand, interpret, and act on Personality Print results by directly linking scores to behaviors in a clear and practical way.
Recruiters and hiring managers are often pressed for time but must make decisions with the utmost accuracy. While Personality Print results are powerful, some viewers find them challenging to use and understand.
- Complex interpretation: Recruiters may struggle to draw actionable insights from Personality Print results.
- Behavioral connection: It’s not always clear how a specific result in a personality range relates to actual, observable behaviors in a candidate.
- Unfamiliar terminology: Many users are not familiar with the technical language or nuances of personality traits and their extremes.
These gaps can slow down decision-making and lead to missed opportunities in hiring. That’s where Behavioral Tendencies come in.

How Behavioral Tendencies Work
To address the challenges, we’ve introduced Behavioral Tendencies that appear directly within both the Candidate Development Platform (CDP) and the PDF reports.
- Per-trait descriptions: For every personality trait, Behavioral Tendencies provide tailored explanations based on the candidate’s score.
- Three scoring ranges: Results for each trait are categorized into one of three scoring ranges:
- Low weakness
- High weakness
- In range
- Behavior descriptions: These Behavioral Tendencies clarify what the scores mean, offering a connection between the numerical or categorical results and real-world behaviors you can expect from the candidate.
Behavioral Tendencies leverage the same logic already successfully used in our Development Reports, ensuring consistency in assessment interpretation across the platform.
Behavioral Tendencies are displayed automatically:
- In the Candidate Detail Page (CDP): You’ll see the new Behavioral Tendencies section as part of a candidate’s Personality Print summary.
- On the PDF: The Behavioral Tendencies are also included in exported Personality Print reports, ensuring you can easily share insights with your team.
