Free work from home Candidate Assessment Flow
Why we did this
Over the years, we’ve been supporting hiring processes of leading work from home organizations globally with our assessment software. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent economic uncertainty, we saw a 53% increase in Work From Home job applications across our WFH client base. As we expected this spike to get bigger over during the first months of the pandemic, we decided to provide help and support to Work from Home organizations by offering our WFH assessment flow for free.
What we offered
To deal with the spike in WFH candidate volume, we offered a battle-tested, basic work from home assessment flow for free, for at least 60 days. No strings attached. This flow consists of three assessment modules: a system diagnostics module (SDM), virtual interviewing and a personality questionnaire.
System Diagnostics
The SDM assesses a candidate’s hardware setup to make sure the right components are in place to run the required work from home software.
Virtual Interviewing
The virtual interviewing module enables you to get a well rounded view of all your candidates in a safe way.
Personality Questionnaire
The personality questionnaire helps you identify candidates who possess the right disposition for the job as well as your organization.
