He brings over 20 years of experience in designing and deploying assessment tools and processes for international clients.

Director, Global People Science, Americas 

April Cantwell is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist who works as the Global Director of People Science, Americas for Harver.  Over the last 12 years, she has developed a specialization in testing and selection for high-volume and customer-facing jobs globally.  She is passionate about helping companies and job applicants find the right match and using data to improve outcomes for her clients.
