Our dedicated privacy team ensures oversight on all personal data processing activities, policies, processes, and controls for customer data to ensure a high standard of personal data protection. Harver works in close cooperation with our European-based external Data Protection Officer (DPO) to enable independent privacy advice and audits.
Harver has successfully completed independent third-party bias audits for both our Harver Platform and pymetrics Soft Skills Platform, conducted by BABL AI Inc. in accordance with NYC Local Law 144. These audits validate that our platforms meet rigorous standards for fairness, governance, and risk management in automated employment decision tools (AEDTs).
