As I have shared with our employees, customers, partners, and board, we are truly building something special and today our foundation just got stronger as we add industry-leading behavioral-based AI methodology assessment capabilities to our existing collection of robust behavioral, cognitive, and personality solutions.  

Our customers rely on us to put the right people in the right role at the right time.  With the addition of pymetrics, our ability to provide value across the entire employee lifecycle, including across a broader set of use cases and job roles, improves significantly.  Customers now have more flexibility to address their unique needs – whether that be efficiently identifying quality candidates, hiring equitably, reducing turnover rate, or enhancing overall talent performance.
