Prior to Sitel, Sally lead HR teams at tech, retail, service and BPO companies including American Express, Starbucks, Teleperformance, Best Buy and Target Stores.


Ravi Iyengar – COO Asia Pacific

Ravi Iyengar is the Chief Operating Officer for Sitel’s Operations across Asia Pacific. He also leads the Central Workforce Management Center of Excellence which supports Sitel’s Operations globally. Ravi’s experience spans over thirty years in the IT & ITeS industry across India and the Philippines.


Haidee Enriquez – Chief People Officer PHANZ region

Haidee is leading the combined people functions – Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Culture and Communications, People Analytics, and Strategic People Programs.  Haidee is an alumna of the Harvard Business School.
